My philosophy encourages freedom from restrictive diets and fosters a positive relationship with all foods. I celebrate the joy of eating and work towards creating a balanced, sustainable, and enjoyable approach to nourishment. I believe in cultivating a mindful and intuitive connection with food, emphasizing the importance of listening to your body's signals and honoring its natural cues.

At the heart of my practice is a commitment to inclusivity. I recognize and respect diverse cultural backgrounds, dietary preferences, and individual needs, ensuring that my guidance is tailored to your unique journey. I promote body neutrality and challenge societal norms that stigmatize body size. I align with the Health at Every Size movement, emphasizing that well-being is not determined by weight. My focus is on creating your favorite self and we examine all areas of health, not just physical. I stand against the pervasive diet culture that often perpetuates harmful beliefs. Instead, I advocate for a balanced, sustainable, and joyful approach to nutrition, moving away from restrictive and punitive attitudes towards food.

My goal is to guide you towards a positive, sustainable, and fulfilling relationship with food without the constraints of dieting, shame, or restriction.
